Since we created a new function and a new partition scheme in the previous step,
we should now determine how to distribute data to the partitions and range partition's
boundaries.
SQL Partition Manager examines the table, and proposes the most appropriate boundary
values. All you need is to check it and change some parameters, if necessary.
